My experience at Super Hotel Premier Akihabara was bittersweet. I found the room to be uncomfortably small, which became a hassle during my stay. Additionally, I was disappointed with the limited amenities, particularly the lack of extra towels and the crowded elevator during peak times, making access to my floor a hassle.

this hotel is obviously out to please, but don’t expect exceptional treatment. the lift situation is pathetic, waiting ages is not ideal, and what’s with the lack of a 24-hour check-in? a simple greeting or welcome gift would have definitely elevated my stay, but clearly, that's not in their budget.

The hotel is ideally located near the subway station, making it easy to explore the area. The staff were remarkably friendly, providing a warm welcome and assisting with any inquiries. I appreciated the opportunity to unwind in the onsen after a long day, truly a highlight of my stay. Also, the happy hour added a nice touch, offering a great selection of drinks.

Loved the free coffee and tea dispenser available anytime, as well as the bar station in the evening. The onsen was a fantastic way to relax after a long day. Location-wise, it’s very close to the station and near Akihabara, making it super convenient. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly!

The location is ideal for easily exploring the city, with a quick five-minute walk to the nearest train station. A highlight is the public bath, which is open nearly all day, providing a perfect way to unwind after exploring. On the downside, the elevator can get quite busy during peak hours, which might delay your plans. Additionally, the room felt a bit cramped, making it challenging to navigate with luggage. Still, the breakfast selection was fantastic, featuring a mix of both Western and Japanese dishes, including delicious homemade options.

This place was a well-suited match for a little getaway in Tokyo with very good value for money. I loved the free coffee and tea available anytime in the lounge. If you’ll be out late, plan on taking the stairs after 10am to avoid the crowded elevator.

Loved the onsen, I soaked in it every night after long days of exploring! The public bath was super relaxing too and helped me unwind. Just wish the elevator didn’t get so crowded during rush hours. still, totally worth it. 😊

The location is spot on, just a short walk to cultural highlights like the Meijiza Theater and Imperial Garden Theatre. The onsen was a nice way to unwind, and the free drinks in the evening were a great touch. Staff were super friendly and helped us with luggage when we checked out.
